Important Information
• Please be advised that parents are not permitted to accompany their child into class whilst the lessons are in progress as this is very distracting to the running of the class and to the other children. If your child is unable to join in the class without you being there, they are perhaps not ready to enrol and it would be advisable that you leave it a term before enrolling again. This is great preparation for younger students for when they begin either pre-school or primary school. There will be a five minute break between classes to get your child ready for class in the studio.
• Children are the responsibility of their parents/guardians outside of the studio. Please make sure your child has been to the toilet before class as they cannot be accompanied to the toilet during class time.
• Students should conduct themselves in an acceptable manner at the venue. Should a student exhibit repeated behaviour that is detrimental to the class, parents will be advised and the matter discussed.
• Fees can be paid by either cash or cheque at the beginning of term. Please note that fees are non-refundable.
• Please try to give at least a half terms notice if you wish to leave a class so that people on the waiting list can be informed of a place becoming available.
• On parents watch week at the end of each term, it is advisable to speak to your teacher in advance if you object to any photos or videos being taken by other parents in the class. You will be reminded before the start of these classes for your consent. Please do not hesitate to contact your teacher if you have any questions.
